There is an adage that reads there is no place like HOME. So welcome to my Palace, generally referred to as the HOME page. Palaces serve as the official residence of a chief of state (such as a monarch or a president). As your Chief Serving Officer, please be advised this is the official residence of C Harper Services. Over time palaces can have cracks causing foundations to shift thereby creating structural damage. When this change occurs, we renovate to enhance safety, increase value, better enjoyment, and an overall improved style.
